Peter is Chief Executive Officer of Homes England, the UK Governments market facing regeneration and housing agency. He joined in 2021 from the Hyde Group, a UK Housing Association where he was also CEO. He has 30 years of pan European real estate sector involvement covering a broad range of strategic leadership roles, investment, asset management, joint venture, capital markets, treasury and fundraising. Prior to Hyde, Peter was a Partner at the Starwood Capital Group managing the firms Special Situations and Credit investing businesses in Europe as well as creating and being the fund manager for Europe's largest publicly traded real estate finance company. Previously to this Peter held senior EMEA real estate investment banking roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Eurohypo and WestImmo. Peter is a non-executive Real Estate IC member for Eurazeo, the Global Investment Company, Council member and Finance Committee Chair at Marlborough College and Global Trustee and UK Advisory board member at the Urban Land Institute.
