Systems architect and co-founder of start-up company to design, manufacture and market innovative semiconductor device reliability test equipment. Responsible for financial planning, operations, accounting, manufacturing, human resources and intellectual property. Raised growth capital through individual private investors while fending off vulture capitalists and maintaining profitability every year. Products were well received into a global who's-who list of customers including Motorola, Hitachi, Samsung, Hyundai, Bell Laboratories and Intel. Took the company public and began transition out of daily involvement. Company eventually was bought out and operates today as a division of Aetrium Inc. in North St. Paul, MN with same product focus and several original employees.

Developed and produced an innovative desktop program to manage dairy farm heards by using individualized food supplement rations based on buttermilk yield. Software was promoted and distributed by a small network of feedstock partners that were committed to this strategy.

Video rental and consumer electronics retail with anchor store in Rochester, MN and franchised co-branded locations in out-state Minnesota.

Designed layout optical masks for high performance bipolar semiconductor devices in a state of the art research and fabrication facility. After two years as an engineering technician became credentialed as a professional Device Engineer by VP recommendation and peer testimonials of self-taught skills.Part of small team retained to oversee plant shutdown after it was no longer needed as the result of a merger.

Pioneer upstart supplier of personal robotic components including the design and manufacture of a modular programmable controller and interfaces including motor control, ultra sound imaging, voice modulation, and precision positioning.
