I am a hands-on IT Professional that leads by example, comfortable working at the senior management level, willing to take responsibility, make decisions and is trusted by colleagues and clients to get the job done.My skills have been developed over many years in the commercial aviation IT domain. My IT experience includes Program and Project Management of the complete software development life-cycle, deployment of systems to international clients, technology strategy and technology management. From the business perspective my experience includes responsibility for business line Profit and Loss, Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Customer Support, Business Divestment, Contract Management, Sales and Marketing. I am confident in a client facing role and public speaking.I have been instrumental in the sale and successful delivery of sophisticated mission critical systems to some of the busiest and most complex airports (including 5 of the top 10) in the world. While building and delivering a best of breed product to clients around the world, I also built strong and productive relationships with clients that continued to deliver on-going benefits to the business. I don’t shy away from a challenge and will get my hands dirty to help make sure things get done. I see things through to the end and don’t walk away when the going gets tough.
