My main objective was to set the vision and strategy for the Research, Insight & Planning function of Northern & Shell (N&S) and to lead the team in continuing our success in providing robust, data-driven insights. Reporting to the CRO, I ensured that everything we did as a team was commercially focused and effective in driving revenue through performance tracking. After deciding to move back home to the UK, my partner and I embarked on 9-10 months of travelling.
