The CSEA is New York State's leading employee union with nearly $400 million in assets and nearly 400 employees across NYS. Recent accomplishments include leading a diverse team of individuals in replacing the core member management system with UnionWare. Go live was June 2020. Replaced Oracle E-Business Suite with Multiview Financial Software in September of 2022. Implemented invoice approval workflows, budgeting module and vendor ACH payments which were not previously in place.

The senior finance position at New York's leading union. Responsible for 13 direct reports and all financial matters including financial statements, budgets, accounting, purchasing, receivables, payables and Oracle financial systems. Also responsible for Treasury and pension and post-retirement plan accounting and reporting. Coordinate audits of financial statements for CSEA and pension plans. Coordinate the completion of all tax filings, including 990, payroll taxes and 1099's.

Responsible for managing the accounting and and reporting for one of the most respected health plans in the United States. Reporting includes both internal and external (regulatory) reporting. Current direct reports include 13 professional accountants. Additonal responsibilities include managing the financial system, implementations and updates. Recent accomplishments include the authorization to create a Post Payment Recovery Unit at CDPHP.

Manage accounting department for one of the most highly regarded health plans in the United States. Company has over 700 employees and $1.3 billion in revenue.
