At the debt management division of Hungary’s biggest commercial bank I was a member of the International Business Development and Support Department, which supports the many foreign subsidiaries of OTP Faktoring. My main task was designing and developing business reports, but I was also involved in various other projects, such as developing processes for the foreign subsidiaries. This meant regular communication with multiple groups (finance, IT) and executives (mostly CFOs and CIOs) of these companies.

InvenQ Insight, a small IT consulting company, was hired by a large commercial bank in Hungary to consolidate its multiple change management systems into one. I joined the company to participate in this project, taking part in the analysis of relevant data and systems and the architecture planning.

I was responsible for numerous types of tasks during the year and a half I have worked at one of IBM’s Hungarian subsidiary companies. Most of these tasks were related to IBM’s Maximo service management tool, to name a few:- Familiarize myself with the tool and document it- Creating educational materials, educating end-users- Consultancy and education for local and regional projects- Regular communication with foreign developers- Testing new functions- Redesigning affected processes- Creating reports (with SQL and Excel skills)Besides my tasks related to Maximo, I’ve gained experience in service management and in the processes and IT of a large company.
