Supervising contracting, store installation procedures (managing and controlling the teams) and also following store operations. Organizing and conducting network activities involving the sales representatives and the marketing department. Coordinating the operation of the marketing department and the department responsible for maintaining the cash register systems of the stores. In cooperation with the sales coordinator, the supervision of the legal, financial and operational issues of the franchise partners. Keeping contact with the partners by undertaking occasional personal visits and discussions. Development and implementation of network-level projects (e.g.: developing the operation and franchise manual, reconsidering the franchise agreement, introduction of the Tom Market coffee project, developing the scanner cash register system, which is applied in each store).

Full responsibility for the company’s export activities. Negotiating and contracting with foreign partners in 8 countries (Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, England) and continuous searching for new market opportunities all over Europe. Managing director in two subsidiaries (Polifarbe SK, Poli-Farbe RO) with full control of subsidiary companies' operation, including planning of turnover, personnel (5 sales representatives), finance, marketing activities.

Planning of finances and personnel of 21 salespoints (incomings and liabilities; interviews, contracting, coaching). Full responsibility for stock in 21 shops (order of ware; organization of advertising, activites and price reduction). Daily contact with the german HQ and hungarian partners.
