Change is difficult, no matter what the size of company. I enable leaders to navigate major change successfully with fewer casualties by focusing on the relationships between Strategy, Operations, Change Capability, and Resilience. My background is in the field of Strategy and Transformation: Strategic Consulting, Programme & Project Management and Strategic Marketing & Communications and I've worked on change projects across many different sectors from aerospace to zip manufacturing as part of large consulting teams and individually with smaller companies. I'm a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Strategy, Resilience and Security at UCL, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Chair of the Levitt Group, the special interest group for senior marketers in CIM.
