Born in Stuttgart, I have worked in Brazil since the 1990s, accumulating more than 25 years of experience in national and international territory - in addition, of course, to my homeland, Germany. My specialty is management: strategic, project and business and personnel. It was this expertise that brought me to Brazil, for a consultancy that, initially, should only last one year. The commitment to invest in the national market, however, made this year unfold in seven others and, finally, I settled down once and for all in Brasília, in a partnership with UnB: professor at the school of entrepreneurship and consultant at the university business incubator.It was this process in Brasília that planted the seed for the birth of GDconsult, the consulting company that, in turn, served as the basis for the establishment of STEINBEIS-SIBE do Brasil. A project of mine with the University of Miami - first as a postgraduate student, then as a professor - raised the question: why not seek a partnership with a German university? Then began the path that, in a matter of a few years, would lead to the implementation of STEINBEIS-SIBE do Brasil.Currently, I work with organizations and companies in South America, Europe and Africa, where I work as a consultant for the International Monetary Fund - Washington's IMF. I also represent the Federation of Industry of the Federated State of Baden-Württemberg, the state of greatest economic expression in Germany.In Brazil, I was also honored with the Peacemaker Medal of the Brazilian Army, for the services provided in the area of ​​planning and strategic management for years and with the medal of Commander of the Legislative Assembly of Espírito Santo - ALES.
