As the Regional Manager a.i. at Flevoland County (Provincie), I spearheaded initiatives to bridge the gap in IT talent, engaging with a diverse group of public-private-education stakeholders (100 professionals) to shape a ´Regional Action Plan HCA ICT for more ICT professionals by 2030´. My work led to research and insights as to the shortage of IT talent in Flevoland, the identification of 10 specific Lines of Activities, associated capital requirements and potential resources, including European. I also proposed a program management approach to implement the Action Plan, formation of an ICT Eco-system and the launch of a learning platform to support the growth of ICT talent in the region. During several national meetings Regional Managers, experts and county officials met to exchange insights.
