Increased sales over $250,000 after taking over operations full time in 2008 while handling duties of management, outside sales and marketing, finance, accounting, taxes, hiring, scheduling, maintenance, and all operational aspects of owning a business.Key Contributions:• Outside Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Service to Fortune 500 Business such as Smith Barney, GE Healthcare, Cisco, Microsoft, and Merrill Lynch, with hundreds more Medium and Small Businesses which resulted in yoy sales increases from 2004 to 2013.• Managed startup of TWO Moe’s Southwest Grill Restaurants, including financing, business plans and models, and overseeing construction resulting in the first two Moe’s franchises in Wisconsin• Oversight of Day-to-Day operations including finance, marketing and sales, recruiting and staffing,accounting, IT, event planning, and human resources, resulting in yoy sales increases from 2004 to 2013• Increased catering sales over 1,200% from 2008 to 2013.

Outside sales and marketing to schools, school districts, principals, superintendents, youth groups and sports leagues selling QSP-Reader’s Digest’s youth fund raising programs while dramatically increasing the customer base in the 5-county Milwaukee territory and turning it into a top 10 percent market in the nation.
