Created strategy and architecture approach to consolidate technology (Adabas -> DB2) to simplify operating environment and reduce expenses. Saved over $700K per year in licensing costs alone. Created technical architecture and tuning team which reduced CPU usage by 20% and MLC license cost by 800K per year in under 2 years.
