I have many years' experience in the world of business and finance, which often contributes significantly to my clients' successes. I help raise money, develop capital strategies, and rationalize financial and product roadmaps. With my colleagues at Fairfield and Woods, I can supervise a client's entire legal function, essentially becoming its outside general counsel.

I was the first in-house counsel at Jones. Did the legal work and fundraising for several privately placed limited partnerships, including three research and development limited partnerships. Managed all the legal matters for a research and development subsidiary, Jones Future Foundation, Ltd. Established a captive securities firm, Jones International Securities, Ltd. Held Series 7 (general) and 21 (principal) securities licenses.
