Drove double-digit revenue growth of ophthalmic Rx, OTC, contact lens and lens care Business Units.

Developed $800 million, double-digit growth plan in first post-merger strategic planning process for ten Rx franchises, including diabetes, oncology and immunology, and consumer/OTC business. Launched weekly new products governance process to improve visibility, prioritize and accelerate time-to-market for 50+ projects across all stages of development, regulatory review and commercialization.

Supported launch of new Consumer Health business. Managed (interim role) Claritin family P&L and advanced pipeline for pediatric line extensions. Led new product feasibility analyses and Trade Marketing initiatives. Member of International Consumer Health Care Leadership Team.(Schering-Plough merged with Merck in November 2009.)
