The Account Manager plays a critical role in the overall success of the company by establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with Provider Partners. I interacted directly with medical practice customers (physicians, office managers, hospital professionals, etc.) to ensure an excellent customer experience helping them to maximizing the use of PatientPoint's products and services. I worked diligently to build those relationships and engage practices to drive loyalty through a combination of on site visits/check-ins, problem resolution, and ongoing training. Qualified and placed technical professionals in remote, contract, contract-hire positions across the U.S. Collaborated with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements were met; with candidates being presented in a timely manner. Utilized Bullhorn - ATS, LinkedIn, Monster, and Github to run job specific searches using Boolean search strings and tear-sheets. Coordinated calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings with prospective candidates. Served as the first point of contact for all candidates entering the office.

Client: Raptor Pharmaceuticals; creators of antibiotic treating Nephropathic Cystinosis. Monitored and managed all marketing collateral while ensuring budget was within scope. Client management; provided direction to creative team for project implementation. Prepared and delivered daily client status reports.
