Experienced HR professional with a focus to develop organizations HR processes and implement them with a behavioural perspective. I have a consulting approach by which I mean that I look to an organizations or projects greater means and adapt according to that. As an HR advisor I engaged in external projects as an expert in my field to help managers solve problems from an HR perspective.During my time in the Swedish armed forces at Amf1 I have seen a big hierarchical organization from a co-worker perspective. I have experienced limitations and possibilities when the regiment has gone through changes in organization and mission. In this process I have led a group of marines and gained insight of the amphibious battalion’s national and international commitments, which I believe can be useful in civil operations as well. In my role as ski instructor and trainer of instructors I have built my pedagogical foundation from where I explain organizational changes to co-workers or present aspects of creating effective teams to businesses leaders. I am an experienced lecturer and often get feedback that I make complex subjects understandable.In my role today I work with all of the above from a mainly strategic and advising perspective.
