I am a husband, father, business owner, author and speaker. I love to think, write and speak about the virtues and their impact on individuals in a business and life. Virtue is excellence. I am a student of trying to help myself, others, and organizations strive for excellence. That's why I think so much about it. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Best Version Media, one of the fastest growing privately held media companies in North America, my greatest passion is helping individuals build thriving careers as they strive to become the best-version of themselves, professionally and in their personal lives. While in graduate school I was one of four people to develop, from the ground up, Lighthouse Catholic Media, the largest not-for-profit media organization of its kind in the world. Starting in one parish in Chicago with a small wooden box full of a couple dozen tapes, today Lighthouse has a global influence in over 110 countries, and has distributed over 12 million CDs and hundreds of thousands of books and other media. To achieve this worldwide growth in a short period of time I helped create successful sales strategies; marketing, training and sales materials to support the strategy; and a sales team to explode said strategy. But all this pales in comparison to what I aspire to the most each day: being happily married to my wife with our healthy, cheerful children.
