Winter was dedicated to the hotel, a 40 Design Hotel rooms in Palma. All routines (in the full group) as per protocols, jobs description, menus, costing, systems implementation as 4th Hospitality, Micros, La Fourchette, budgets, forecasts, deals with suppliers, is upon my supervision and mainly done by me. This year we expanded to Faro with a fantastic Beach Club in Tivoli Vilamoura resort. Big part of FF&E plus operational opening was done by me as well as the training on the sites done to the HOD's. -
