Led the redesign of multiple websites as a consultant including the flagship website and the Education Institute website. Led redesign preparation and implemented SEO optimization; creative and content development (collated design feedback); facilitated tech integrations with tech developers; hired and directed Copywriter, UI Designer and Developer; built sitemap for new site design for this NYC charter school.

Led Email Marketing Automation program using Oracle CRM software, Litmus, Jira and Smartsheets. Transitioned to Management-level role after two months on this Email Marketing Automation project. Enhanced transactional and promotional content strategies maximizing customer retention and acquisition. Collaborated with Creative and Analytics teams to improve email content and encourage best practices. Built/shared custom dashboards to recommend KPIs and tactics to optimize campaign performance.

Web development (working with internal web team) to customize corporate templates for rebuild in Sitecore platform for the new PTC.com website.

Redesigned Keurig.com website increasing K-Cup® conversion rate from 20% to 22%. Implemented best practices and optimized the eCommerce experience through strategic planning, online promotions, analytic reporting using Coremetrics, directing the web design staff and contractors, and onsite and off-site photo shoots, overseeing email campaign development and deployment, ongoing SEO and front-end merchandising (Web Site and Email Campaigns) for all ecommerce efforts. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, goals were in raising conversions and lowering shopping cart abandonment for the entire line of online gourmet products. Direct ResultsDuring my time at Keurig, I worked with the internal teams including Ecommerce, Customer Service and IT Ops to completely rebuild the entire front end of the ecommerce web site. This drove conversation rates from 20% to 22% resulting in millions of dollars in revenue growth. The site went on to become one of the top 100 retail sites in North America as it was ranked Number 5 in customer satisfaction ahead of sites like Apple.com. This resulted in millions of brewers sold and millions and millions of coffee packs / pods. The company grew from $25 million to hundreds of millions in revenue (and eventually to five billion in revenue). Keurig/Green Mountain stock (NASDAQ: GMCR) is the fastest growing stock of the past ten years resulting in a market cap of $20 billion.

Hired by the Vice President of Marketing to lead ecommerce initiatives. Led a complete redesign and interface overhaul of Keurig.com implementing best ecommerce practices, organic SEO tactics and best usability practices including SEO rich content, new online shopping functionality, streamlined CSS navigation and updated brand look and feel. Produced page layouts for nationwide news media for TPI, a subsidiary of The Boston Phoenix Media Communications Group. Utilized graphics software Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark XPress.
