Used the expertise gained from this to help manufacturing businesses improve at the Manufacturing Advisory Service in Yorkshire. Helped manufacturers improve their skills and businesses to enter the nuclear industry supply chain with NSAN. For the last 5 years has worked for Highlands and Islands Enterprise supporting business growth and regional development, with the last 3 working with Partners in CNSRP to support economic growth in Caithness and North Sutherland.
