Currently enrolled in Data Analytics course. I am a highly driven individual with two decades experience in education and leadership. I have experience in promoting collective responsibility and well-being while building a sense of internal accountability, implementing a shared vision, setting directions, and collaboration with a culturally diverse range of stakeholders. I have participated in change management and am comfortable with transitioning goals, processes and strategies. I am proficient at developing curricula and improving programs of study, and regularly engage in proposal writing, dissemination of information, and oversight of new pilot projects. In mentoring faculty and staff, I have developed and shared professional development opportunities, encourage independent thinking and building communication skills through collaboration and risk taking.I have developed excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and am an experienced proactive leader with a high degree of cultural sensitivity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in culturally sensitive and diverse settings.
