Chaired 2-year project with advocacy partner Job Accommodation Network and West Virginia University, developing mobile app to automate workplace accommodation process for employees and employers.Executed 1-year project with University of California at San Diego on Artificial Intelligence for Healthy Aging. Project’s goal was to implement technology—like sensors—to help seniors in assisted living facilities maintain independence. Outcomes achieved in 2018 resulted in funding renewal for 2019.Administered Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR aka VPAT) system, ensuring that IBM products comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Engaged with product teams to resolve compliance issues and report availability.

Partnered with marketing team on go-to-market activities (e.g. conferences, trade shows, briefings, workshops, demos, and webinars) and engineering team to prioritize product functionality aligned to customer requirements. Key examples:Closed deal for 6-month services engagement for UMass Boston, School of Global Inclusion and Social Development to develop prototype for Inclusive Social Learning platform optimized for students with disabilities.Collaborated with key partners to develop winning grant proposal to design, develop, and implement Mobile Accommodation Solution (MAS). MAS is currently available in iOS App Store and Google Play.
