With more than a decade of investment banking experience, most recently as a Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Barclays, I’ve led or managed the execution of more than 40 merger, acquisition, divestiture, special purpose acquisition company business combination, like-kind exchange and joint venture transactions with a total deal value greater than $240 billion in the sustainability, energy, chemical and industrial industries.I began my career as an officer in the United States Army, serving in leadership positions on numerous combat missions during multiple deployments across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. During more than 20 years of service, I have commanded tactical units and cross-functional teams consisting of as few as 12 soldiers to as many as 500. I have served on and led functional staffs supporting the planning, resourcing, coordinating and oversight of military operations with tactical, operational and strategic impacts. I hold an MBA in Corporate and Investment Finance from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
