Current-Lower Manhattan Office Tower to Multi-Family Residential Conversion. 400,000 SF. Project Management, Design and Documentation during DD and CD phases.-Weehawken mixed-use development—a 430,000 SF waterfront ground-up residential market-rate rental tower including 262 residential units, a 315-space parking garage, and 3 floors of amenity spaces, plus site improvements. Construction administration, client relations, submittal and RFI management for building shell, as well interior finishes.-Hell's Kitchen Certified Passive House Affordable Housing and Mixed-Used Development. Vacant lot developed in partnership with the MTA, HPD. Coordination with consultants, ownership, and multiple governmental and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals and complete construction documents.
