About Peter Fella

I am passionate about developing talent – especially the future leaders of the world. I have designed and delivered more than 20 multi-day seminars on a variety of topics, including: leadership, innovarion, personal development, entrepreneurship and management. Since 2014, I have developed a passion for Social Innovation, Design Thinking, Creativity & Creative Mindsets, and Entrepreneurship. Still having a focused interested in leadership development through training, mentorship and coaching. Through the YALI East Africa partnership that I lead, I have trained 17 cohorts impacting over 650 participants from 14 different countries.I have worked in International teams and have trained individuals from every region in the world (except the antarctic). My focus is to help organisations, teams and individuals to become enablers of positive impact in their places of work and passion. Originating from Botswana and having worked in East Africa for almost a decade - I like to refer to myself as an East-Southern African having traveled in-depth in both regions.
