This includes but is not limited to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Youth Rally, Boards, community roundtables, and other aligned DEI involvements. In partnership with the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this role will support the development and deployment of programs, policies, practices, and learning that continuously assess the district's climate around issues of diversity, and develop appropriate programs and services to advance the district's strategic goals- Promote and empower youth engagement in organizational development to ensure staff, board, and youth voices are integrated into district organizational strategies and culture.
