Responsibilities: • Timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements which includes preparing and processing of journal entries, tenant invoicing, P2P backup, and balance sheet account analysis. • Assist in the preparation of the monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior management. • Prepare 6 HST returns and monitor and prepare bank reconciliations for 5 bank accounts. • Ensure all intercompany balances reconciled and cleared monthly. • Oversee the accounts payable process relating to all capital and landlord Work Expenditures and ensure that budget guidelines are followed. • Provide detailed working papers, ensuring accuracy of current period information and liaise monthly with project managers to determine reasonableness of current year reforecasts and related cash flows. • Assist with budget preparation, calculation of tenant billings and year-end adjustments to tenants. • Assist with the preparation of interim and year-end audit working papers for both internal and external audit. • Support the tenant services and operations group when required.
