In this role, I manager a group of trainers, who not only deliver training for the various modules within the company product range, but also develop and maintain the training materials.Working on several HRIS implementations at one time, this role has given me a broad range of skills, including project management of HR Projects, as well as software.

Retail consultancy business, initiating retail concepts ideas from infancy to store opening, including all processes in between. My role was to build a profitable training arm within the consulting business, identifying training needs within the client base, managing course developers and session facilitators to ensure that training objectives were achieved.

Training strategy development and deployment accross a national business, so as to systemise all procedures within the retail sector of the business.

My role was to manage a group of young trainees, to ensure their compliance to the hospitality traineeship, and their general development as potential Hyatt employees. I also developed and delivered the hotel induction programmes, and the Management and Leadership programmes within this property.

My duties included ensuring all 350 catering staff were able to undertake their tasks according to their job descriptions. I also developed new work practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Local restaurant with the capicity to seat 80 guests. As owner/manager my responsibilities were to market the restaurant, manage the kitchen brigade and floor staff, as well as focus on making a profit.
