Worked concurrently at Qantas for some of this time.Customer service and range were key to our success. Unique products were stocked that aligned with our values and supported principles of local, Australian-grown, organic and ethical. We stocked four varieties of Australian-grown dates from Alice Springs, crisp, heirloom apples from the central west of NSW and heirloom tomatoes and vegetables grown in the Sydney basin. Backyard honey and eggs from nearby suburbs proved the principles of local procurement.Sold the business in June 2014.
