I represent individual and company clients across a broad spectrum of entertainment matters in film, television and new media.

In my capacity as a Business Affairs executive, I negotiated development deals for rights and writers and negotiated production-related deals above-the-line performers, directors and producers for both scripted and documentary projects. I additionally managed outside production counsel on day-to-day production activities. I negotiated and drafted numerous agreements related to scripted and documentary features including first look agreements, distribution agreements, production service agreements and product placement agreements. My work included creating below and above-the-line forms for the company and creating efficient workflow between departments.

My work in the motion picture legal group focuses on negotiating and drafting various above-the-line and below-the-line agreements for multiple Paramount live action and animated films. These agreements include rights agreements, writer agreements, actor, director and producer agreements, as well as VFX agreements, production services agreements, animation services agreements and vendor agreements.

I represent various film and television producers, as well as writers, directors, talent and various new media companies. I have also served as production counsel on over 40 films and numerous scripted and unscripted television shows.Represent prominent new media companies and act as production counsel on network and brand sponsored content in addition to standalone content and negotiate and draft licensing agreements for digital content on traditional mediums and network digital platforms.
