Through outsourcing, managed services, contract renegotiation and organisational downsizing programmes, he has delivered $400m+ in cost saving over 10 years. In change, his effective translation of business requirements into measurable results builds stakeholder trust, and the ability to see the big picture and the details guarantees he achieves objectives. At ease with highly complex global matrix organizations, he ensures interactions between: sponsor, stakeholders, IT and 3rd parties become winning situations.
