At Celigo, I was responsible for business process analysis, solution design, implementation configuration and customization, training, and overall client management for NetSuite ERP and CRM clients. This involved leading multiple engagements and technical projects concurrently while interacting directly with senior level client personnel both in the implementation as well as project execution stages. Additionally, I served as cross-functional reference and NetSuite expert on Celigo's technical projects.

My position at Redtail Technology required me to manage, develop and maintain the core training systems for the 40,000+ customer base of the company. Training systems included written documentation, pre-recorded and live training sessions as well as the coordination and execution of Redtail University (Redtail's regional training event across the United States). In addition, I also attended and spoke at various industry and customer conferences to promote Redtail's CRM, Imaging and Email products.

My position included managing the relationships with ValMark's front office technology vendor partners from initiating the relationship to negotiating pricing. More prominently I was responsible for acting as the primary contact for ValMark Member Offices to contact as they were trying to create efficiencies within their office. This included product selection (CRM, Financial Planning, Account Aggregation, Document Imaging, Forms and more) to implementation and integration between products. Furthermore, I was responsible for handling key projects for the Senior Management Team and supporting other initiatives within ValMark's Investment, Insurance, Operations and Compliance areas.

My position involved assisting customers in their daily banking transactions and answering questions related to their account(s) and driving investment sales though the qualification of new opportunities. Additionally, I served as a lead representative which was responsible for providing guidance and oversight of the other customer service representatives on staff. During my time in this position, I also often mentored new staff members during their beginning months.

During my internship with FirstEnergy, I worked within the Supply Chain Management division. I began my internship at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, then moved to FirstEnergy's Corporate Office. I was responsible of supporting the division with analysis of inventory, following up on late or delayed shipments and projects for the management team working very closely with the Vice President of the division. I also developed a database for tracking specialized information about the various parts used within the nuclear and fossil energy delivery systems.
