I started at Peugeot Hungary as Parts logistic responsible. I was reporting to the Parts and Service director. I was responsible for the logistic and commercial Parts activity. I became responsible of the whole Parts activity (logistic, commercial, marketing, controlling, pricing etc...) in 2009. Since then our main objective is to regain customer loyalty, to support our dealers in their activity and to save our network in this very unstable economic situation.I assist to regular meetings with PSAF Bank concerning financial liquidity of the Peugeot Hungary network, the parts and new cars commercial activity of the dealers, new financial products and marketing activity of PSA Finance and all the daily problemes that needs to be solved together by the Importer and the Bank.

I was responsible for coordinating the work of the back office department of Renault Credit (collection, controlling, finance, customer services, insurance and all the work related to new car leasing activity).My priorities were to ensure that Renault Crédit was in full compliance with the regulations, furthermore monitoring emerging risks and integrating risk management principles in the company strategic framework under the direction of the Finance and Aftersales Director of Raiffeisen Leasing and in collaboration with Renault Credit's management.Other responsibilities were to develop the back office performance and integrate all products, financing and complementary services in the system.

Working in the aftersales department, responsible for the pricing of Parts and Accessories of the cluster (Hungary, Poland, Czech and Slovakia, Russia, Turkey and the "Danadrian" countries). Also responsible for analysis, controlling and follow up of campaigns, programs, bonuses, preparation of Sales forecast of the mentioned countries.

Responsible for local profit, preparation of local P&L through special local software (Sycomore), planning and control of treasury, planning and reporting of investments in SAP, participation in monthly closing, participation in the preparation of budget and other daily controlling tasks.

My tasks consisted in participation in the preparation of Budget, approval of promotional actions and packages, creation and implementation of a reporting tool with a specific software called Adaytum and other daily controlling duties.
