Develop and implement enterprise device integration and device security strategies for networked devices. Create and lead integration standards committee. Work with enterprise CIO, Regional IT teams, Clinical and Radiology Directors on creating and implementing integration strategies and remediation strategies for 30,000-networked devices.

Sacramento, California Area

Lead team of 80+ Biomedical Technicians and Imaging Engineers servicing equipment in 24 hospitals and multiples outpatient facilities. Develop strong relationships with hospital executive leadership, Radiology and Information Systems Departments to assure equipment uptime and communication. Internalize multiple Radiology service lines including R/F, M.R.I, C.T., Cardiovascular and Oncology. Increased customer satisfaction by directly engaging clinical stakeholders, increased regulatory compliance to 100% and reduced costs by developing improved service methods and contract negotiation. Develop relationships into strong partnerships with clinicians and C-suite leadership at the corporate level and in five regions in Northern California. Install base consisting of 6,000 radiological devices and over 110,000 biomedical devices

North East

Lead team of 29 direct reports, Engineers and site managers, in four states. P&L responsibility for Imaging and Biomed Multi-Vendor service management for multiple accounts in 4 states, Multi-Vendor and Core Philips equipment. Exceed customers’ service expectations and meet key performance metrics. Collaborate with hospital executives to integrate Philips’ standard procedures into hospitals’ medical equipment management plans. Address service issues in clinical departments by developing account-specific plans and customer education processes. Drive business development by strengthening and developing account relationships into strong partnerships through direct interaction with Radiology Department Directors and C-Suite executives. Worked closely with Sales department on RFP processes, new account surveys.
