Peter is a I.T / new media specialist / business professional with more than 10 years experience in business development, management and marketing.He started his professional career at Mode Interactive. Even at his infant stage of his career, he displayed a strong acumen for business & entrepreneurship when he successfully pitched a business case for the first consumer VOD in Singapore, and created both DRM and VOD solutions for various record labels and broadcaster Starhub.After the completion of the project, he joined Citi for a while as an ISA before retaking a business role again in a regional GIS company. During his stint there, not only did he re-establish the company’s market positioning but also successfully pitched for IDA’s 3PMashup project and negotiated strategic collaboration with various key players in different industries including Jobstreet and SPH. He and his team also created the first Augmented Reality navigational software in Asia which was then highlighted in CommunicAsia 2010 and presented to Minister Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. His talents and experience did not go unnoticed and he was later invited to join SPH as business and product development manager, and tasked to take over another IDA’s CFC known as Digital Concierge.All these while however, his immense desire in entrepreneurship and disruptive product concepts that will make a difference to the consumers and small business owners has always been lingering on. He thus left SPH to pursue his passion and co-founded his own startup with a friend offering cost effective marketing solutions for individual sales professionals / small business owners.
