CurrentAdvising clients how best to resolve partnership, LLP, shareholder and joint venture disputes, including contentious or negotiated exits/retirement. Expulsion, exclusion, garden leave/suspension, disputed accounts, disputed ownership of assets, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, discrimination (age, sex, sexual orientation, race, nationality, religion/no religion), harassment and bullying, breach of restrictive covenants, partnership dissolution, unfair prejudice petitions and insolvency. I also draft and update business partnership agreements - LLP members' agreements, partnership agreements and shareholder agreements. And I assist clients with transactions such as sales, purchases, mergers, LLP agreements and exits.
