I was responsible for developing and implementing an automated B2B sales and inbound marketing strategy in HubSpot. The client was a Chinese sourcing & manufacturing enterprise.My main responsibilities were the following: - Analysis and data evaluation of previous sales and inbound marketing activities of the Chinese client (including a buyer-persona analysis)- Development of a new sales and inbound marketing strategy in cooperation with the client- Full implementation of the new strategy with HubSpot (60+ extensive workflows; reduced the average time required to convert a lead into a customer by 33%) - Training of the sales staff of the client regarding the automated processes in HubSpot

"START with Business Modelling" is a university project at LMU Munich. Every year, 500+ bachelor students gain entrepreneurial knowledge by developing a business model for a real start-up in small teams.As Head-Tutor of the "START with Business Modelling" project, I was responsible for the communication between the university project management, 15 project tutors, and 550+ students. In addition, I supervised 4 student projects and provided courses on efficient teamwork and presentation design.
