A new niche of the larger consulting firm Biz Box Hong Kong Limited, this consultancy was established to offer packaged accounting solutions to small and home based businesses aiming to help people incubate and launch their businesses. The first part of this process frequently included guidance and counselling aiming to identify barriers and increase client’s potential for success. For this family owned sporting goods company with 200+ stores in France, the focus of this role was cost and management accounting establishing a system for controlling raw material consumption and regulation of product prices. This included acting as the Shenzhen Accountant for the final 18 months dealing with local authorities and responsible for internal accounting reporting to Headquarters in France with emphasis on inter company recharging and transfer pricing.
