My primary focus is to help analyze new multifamily apartment community investments, monitor Spyglass’s existing portfolio of 1,500+ units, and coordinate asset management with each of our third party property managers.

Lead certain business development and regulatory initiatives on behalf of Telemetry, a multi-strategy hedge fund manager focused on statistical arbitrage, capital structure, long-short, events, macro, and volatility strategies.

Established and launched novel nutrient-rich, no sugar added ice cream brand: Crème Delight The Smart Indulgence®. Researched and developed formula in consultation with dairy experts at Cornell University School of Agriculture. Negotiated contract manufacturing; structured deals with suppliers & customers. Secured NY/NJ metro area distribution with second largest U.S. ice cream distributor.• Grew customer base from 0 to 85+ stores, securing shelf space at prominent NY/NJ retailers including The Food Emporium, Gristede’s, D’Agostino’s, Kings, and Fairway.• Generated strong publicity in national TV, industry trade, and consumer media outlets such as NBC’s Today Show, The Supermarket Guru, DailyCandy, Frozen Food Age, and Refrigerated & Frozen Foods Retailer.• Product accolades included 2006 Top Ten New Regional Products Award from Frozen Food Age Magazine/Good Housekeeping and Innovation Ratings from Datamonitor’s Productscan® Online (earned by just 7% of the 33,000 new consumer products launched each year).

-Co-managed Morgan Stanley Prime Income Trust, $1.2 billion retail mutual fund holding senior secured loans of approx. 200 leveraged issuers. Shared overall decision-making responsibility for MSPIT’s par and distressed investments, dispositions, and amendments of loan terms; supervised Analysts’ research efforts. Served as Team Leader and Analyst within Morgan Stanley and Van Kampen Senior Loan Group (MS/VK-SLG), which managed $7+ billion in collateralized loan obligations and loan funds.-MSPIT consistently outperformed competitors during my tenure.
