In November of 2021, I was asked to take on a new role within the Firm as a Compliance Attorney. I primarily draft, review, and advise Firm Partners on client engagement terms including engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, codes of conduct, Kovel letters, etc. At the direction of our General Counsel's Office, I negotiate the engagement terms with our clients. I also oversee the compliance questionnaire process. I was promoted to Senior Compiance Attorney in June of 2022. I train new compliance attorneys and analysts and review their work. I am also routinely asked to work on special projects as assigned by our General Counsel's Office and Client Intake departments.

I am a conflicts attorney in the Firm’s Conflicts and Client Intake Department. I work closely with Firm lawyers and leadership to provide conflict of interest insight and guidance involving new matters and new hires.
