In November of 2021, I was asked to take on a new role within the Firm as a Compliance Attorney. I primarily draft, review, and advise Firm Partners on client engagement terms including engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, codes of conduct, Kovel letters, etc. At the direction of our General Counsel's Office, I negotiate the engagement terms.
