In my 20+ years in healthcare, I’ve developed and strengthened clinical, operational, and financial foundations for multiple medical practices/facilities. What drives me? A few things. To start, streamlining and creating processes and systems that result in better patient outcomes, reduced costs, increased revenue, higher reimbursements, and greater efficiency helps me measure my impact. Beyond that, I'm passionate about mentoring future leaders. I believe in teamwork, teaching people how to succeed, accountability, and strong relationships. The most important trait of a good leader, to me, is how well they build and sustain relationships. When relationships grow, so does freedom.
