Primatics Financial was a financial technology company with technology solutions and advisory services for financial institution's most complex risk and finance challenges. Primatics was recapitalized by Carlyle Group in 2011 and acquired by SS&C Technologies 2016. As a Director, my responsibilities included:• Founded Primatics’ advisory practice providing value-add advisory services to financial institutions. Responsible for all aspects of the business unit, including P&L, developing and executing the strategic vision of the business, with management responsibilities for delivery, sales, marketing and staffing. Built a $7MM business in <2 years. • Chief of Staff to Founder and Head of Client Services, responsible for planning and directing all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Client Services organization. Owned planning, location strategy, headcount, budgets, and strategic initiatives critical for organization success. Organized and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive committee to facilitate efficient decision making.• Expanded Primatics’ offerings technology solution provider for regional and community banks, to a service provider for the largest international financial institutions. Responsible for managing Primatics' strategic accounts, including relationships with Global Systematically Important Banks and Government Agencies.• Built an advisory organization from the ground up.
