Since 2021 I’ve been advising companies to align their business and digital strategies that promote growth, territory expansion, the digitization of operations and customer experience. I led the growth of the digital agency to over 120+ people with c.$14m+ revenues and offices in the UK, US and Europe. I created this design-led business with a strong brand purpose, memorable values, and a culture that attracted brilliant talent and enterprise clients including RBS, GWR, Arriva and EDF. In my last five years, we achieved a YoY average growth of 26% leading up to the acquisition by Paragon in 2019.
