As importantly, a company's reputation can rise and fall at the hand of just a few.I specialise in developing engagement programmes for companies - what to communicate, to whom, through which medium. Every interaction with a potential client must be compelling and elicit a response to a call to action. I help clients use their digital channels to build a customer base or community.
