Mr. Graffman is the President and Co-Founder of Ocean Canyon Properties, Inc., which owns and operates multiple private recreational membership resorts in the southeastern U.S. Ocean Canyon Properties was established in 2007 to acquire and operate private membership RV resorts in prime recreational areas throughout the southeastern United States. Ocean Canyon acquired 8 properties in six states. In May of 2022, Ocean Canyon Properties assets were acquired by American Adventure Holdings (AAH), which continued business operations as Ocean Canyon Resorts. The acquisition of Ocean Canyon was named the “M&A All Star Award for Deal of the Year Under $50 Million” by ACG Detroit. Subsequently, Ocean Canyon Properties continues doing business as an investment management company.Mr. Graffman is also the CEO of Tech Strategies LLC, a firm that specializes in corporate development activities for public and private companies. Tech Strategies offers strategic, financial and operational counsel to start-ups, growth companies and companies in transition. He has been instrumental in successful in taking 9 companies public through reverse mergers and direct public offerings.Mr. Graffman was a founder and director of Rodocanachi Capital, Inc., a Capital Pool Company (CPC). He was instrumental in raising captial and sucessfully completing an IPO for the company on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX-V). Rodocanachi was acquired by AlliancePharma Inc. (TSX:APA) in 2014.Previously he was President and Co-founder of Resortbridge Systems LLC. Resortbridge Systems is the developer of a comprehensive private membership and vacation resort management system, based on the Salesforce.com enterprise cloud platform.Prior to founding Tech Strategies, Mr. Graffman worked as a consultant to both venture capital funds and companies seeking venture funding. He was involved in raising over $100 million in capital for companies he consulted with.
