I was recruited to lead SAI Global following EQT's Private Equity investment in 2016. From 2017 through 2022, I led the transformation, carve-out of SAI360, and sale of the SAI Global business, which had over $400m in revenue and 2800 employees. Intertek acquired SAI Global in 2021, and Symphony Technology Group (STG) acquired SAI360 in March 2023.

Led the take-private of Stockholm based Cision AB and combination with Vocus in 2014 to build the leading cloud-based PR platform. From 2014 through 2016 I led the acquistions of PR Newswire, Visible Technologies, Gorkana Group, and Viral Heat. Cision was backed by private equity firm GTCR.
