Project Manager Professional experienced in all aspects of the product lifecycle. Program Management and Business Developement are my passion. Before that, I was involved with working as Business Development Director for an online educational virtual workspace solution at e-work.com for North America.While working as the Regional Account Manager for HP's Image and Print division, I was actively involved with customer facing solutions and created a positive customer satisfaction environment across my $6M NA installed base. My background in the IT industry gave me the tools and collateral to understand and develop complex data center service solutions to solve customer problems and deliver results.I've gained creditbility, trust and respect at all levels of management across Fortune 500 companies and strived to deliver excellence in whatever I do. My primary goal has always been to support the customer and do the right thing without any barriers.In addition to my IT experience, I was instrumental in building a successful photovoltaic alternative energy business that started in 2003 and grew to a multi-million dollar initiative. The company was a leading contractor in the industry and directly aligned with NJ's Alternative Energy programs, specifically focused on photovoltaics. I have advanced technical and implementation skills in that field. I've come to the realization that if we don't all try and make a conscious effort and contribute for a more cleaner environment at a certain level, our world as we know it today, for our children and their children, will be impacted. I own and operate a 8.32kW system.
