I am a Customer Solutions Architect responsible for leading and directing strategic, large scale cross technology and managed services transformation engagements; guiding, advising and innovating for Computacenter's customers. For the past few years I have specialised in the UK Public Sector, supporting Computacenter in helping our customers make the UK a better and safer place to live and work. My role is focussed on understanding our customer's strategic objectives and business challenges and advising how Computacenter can help support and address them. I set the strategic solution direction to sell and successfully contract complex digital transformation outsourced managed services. I am a Solution Architect with extensive IT Service, Datacentre Infrastructure, Cloud and Workplace Architecture Planning, Design and Operations experience spanning over 30 years.
