Product responsibility for a team of approximately 15 people, distributed between Roskilde and Poland.• Developing a vision for the product and strategy to ensure progress and funding.• Managing a wide range of stakeholders and their interests (small savings banks vs. large banks with their own A-IRB models).• Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on a variety of projects and initiatives within credit, AML, credit process optimization, etc.• Epic Owner/project manager for several medium-sized projects - including 'new models', a 3-year project involving the construction of new models for the community.

Had a very broad role, with many responsibilities, such as • Manager for ~5 full time employees and 2 students.• Calculate reserves, including macro reserves• Develop early warning indicators• Forecasts and budgeting of risk metrics including losses and reservesAdditionally, responsible for continuous improvement of credit rules, based on most recent data - and to provide actionable data to other departments, such as AML and Sales.

Worked with model validation of Advanced and Standard IRB models.• Headed up project to summarize all model related risk and performance in one place. Gained valuable insight into analytics, data management, IFRS and modelling.

Learning the basics of applied financial statement analysis and rating. While also being able to apply theory to real world cases.
