I am experienced in the management and running of departments and teams involved in delivery of services and projects for small, medium and enterprise clients.I have a lot of customer facing experience and see myself as the internal advocate of the customer on many internal discussions. My current role is as Director of the Storm Customer Success practice, with responsibility for the project management and QA functions, as well as for the Customer Support team. This includes overall responsibility for governance and delivery of projects, solutions and services to a high standard. I am very familiar with data protection and GDPR issues and concerns and have helped shape the policy and process for Storm in this regard. A background in developing, implementing, configuring and enhancing enterprise business systems in a variety of roles for my entire career. I enjoy managing and leading teams in producing, delivering and supporting quality applications. Throughout my career I have been responsible for recruitment and selection of staff at all levels. I am a good mentor and leader, helping to get the best from employees at every level to the benefit of the project and the company. I find this, in particular, very rewarding.
